Non-disclosure agreements are available on request for clients who require a contractual confirmation of these obligations.

For private members and corporate account holders, we retain account information for the duration of the account relationship and for seven years thereafter for accounting and legal purposes.

Enquiry information from individuals who do not become clients is retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.
